
Empowering Local Communities: The Launch of PALM-TREEs in Limpopo

As one of six African countries participating in this transdisciplinary research initiative, South Africa is committed to addressing pressing environmental challenges and promoting sustainable practices. In a significant step towards enhancing climate resilience, the PALM-TREEs project hosted a workshop on March 4, 2025, in Limpopo Province, bringing together key stakeholders from various sectors to collaborate on urgent environmental issues.
