As part of the capacity-strengthening activities of the AV-STEC project, the project has supported researchers and postgraduate students under the project to attend the International Climate Change Conference organized by the Regional Institute for Population Studies (RIPS) at the University of Ghana.

At the conference, the students and researchers presented preliminary results from their research conducted under the AV-STEC project.

The presentations provided an opportunity to share early findings, receive critical feedback from peers and experts, and engage in high-level discussions on climate change adaptation, resilience, and sustainable livelihoods.

This support forms part of AV-STEC’s commitment to building the capacity of early-career researchers, enhancing research visibility, and fostering knowledge exchange at both national and international platforms.

The project congratulates all researchers and students who participated and presented their work at the conference.
