The webinar will bring together researchers, policymakers, practitioners, development partners, and local government representatives to discuss emerging evidence on El Niño and its potential impacts across marine, rural, and urban contexts in Asia. The discussion will explore climate risks and their implications for food systems, coastal communities, community resilience, and inclusive adaptation strategies.
